1 Overview
The dual power automatic transfer switch controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller)is a new generation inteligent controller developed by our company using the latest electronictechnology. The controller controls the isolation of dual power supplies, which are suitable forimportant power supply locations where power outages are not allowed. it completes theautomatic conversion of dual power supply systems to ensure the continuity of power supply.
2 Model Description
2.1 Model description as shown in the figure
2.2 Optional functions include fire double-partition alarm, automatic control of power generation, two groups programmable signal output relays, remote control, power indication, communication function, if the user has optional function requirements, special instructions should be made when ordering.
3 Main Functions and Features
3.1 Three stable working positions: Common Closing, Standby Opening; Standby Closing: Common Opening, Standby Closing; Double Opening: Common Opening, Standby Opening.
3.2 Two selectable automatic working modes Automatic Transfer and Restoration: When the standby closing and the main power supply recover normally, regardless of whether the standby power supply is normal, the switch automatically transfers to the common closing position.
Automatic Transfer but Restoration: When the standby closing and the main power supply recover normally, only when the standby power supply is abnormal, the switch automatically transfers to the common closing position, when the standby power supply is normal, the switch does not transfer.
3.3 Four switching control modes Automatic control: The controller automatically switches to the appropriate working according to the current voltage status and the set working mode. Keyboard manual control: When the power supply is normal, the switch can be switched to any working position through the. Remote control: Through the remote 485 communication port, control the switch to switch to the required working position.
3.4 Real-time monitoring and display operating parameters, real-time switching of switch position and alarm. 3.5 Under-voltage, over-voltage, and phase loss protection functions to prevent fault power supply froming the load. 3.6 Self-diagnosis and fault alarm function. 3.7 Optional functions include: Fire alarm for double opening, automatic control of power, power source indication, communication.
